Ten Years After

Ten years ago, right about now, I was busy dying.

Thankfully, I'm much healthier ten years later.

(Funny how the mind continually thinks in terms of anniversaries...)

I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that we're just glad that you've been here for the past ten years. :)

It is scary to think of those kind of dates. Last year I had another open heart surgery, and yet every day I feel like it was just yesterday that I was in the hospital. Well good to know your still with us.

Hi, i was just bloghopping and stumbled upon yours. I agree with you, and I think it's a good reminder for us to be thankful.

Anyway I'm glad you are well now, God bless! :)

wow! so, what did you do to change the fact that one of your feet was in the grave?? ten years is a nice long time to still be alive :)

Kept my promise to do things right: I lost a fair amount of weight (about 60 pounds), I exercise twice daily every day without fail, I eat better, and I get more sleep. Put 'em all together and it seems to make a big difference.. and boy, am I glad!
